2008 Pinot Gris $22.00
Another Alsatian style Pinot Gris, left on its skins for 72 hours to extract its coppery pink colour and extra flavour, this is an excellent aperitif wine, but also pairs nicely with slightly spicy food - Thai is a particular favourite. Drink now or cellar up to 2012. |
2008 Bella Chardonnay $25.00
Nicely crisp, excellent minerality and retained acidity, also good for sipping but a nice food wine to pair with lobster, scallops and other rich seafood. Can be cellared through 2012. |
2006 Bella Riserva Chardonnay $30
Another typical Long Dog Chardonnay with a good balance of fruit, minerals and acidity. Citrus notes, hints of pear and melon and a touch of vanilla, it is definitely more Burgundian than New World in style. Goes beautifully with lobster and rich seafood dishes, but is still a quaffable wine on its own. Drink within the next 18 months. | 2007 Francesca Pinot Gris $22.00
Fresh and crisp, this Alsatian style Pinot Gris is an excellent aperitif wine, but also works well with food, notably asparagus, milder fish and barbecues. The acidity is tempered well by fruit overtones including grapefruit and green apple. Drink within 12-18 months.

2008 Pinot Noir Barrel Select $28.00
A classic County Pinot Noir, this vintage benefited from 2 years in the barrel. Good red fruit, cherry and raspberry, hint of chocolate and spice. Though drinking well now, it will age nicely for another 2-3 years. |
2007 "OTTO" Riserva Pinot Noir $ 50.00
This Pinot is a classic. A bouquet of ripe cherry, swiss chocolate, nutmeg, violets and vanilla. Deep ruby, it has a satin mid-palate with an extra long dark fruit finish. Truly an all-rounder in terms of food parings, but add a fresh baguette and a round of chevre - seductive. 13.1% alc./vol. No fining or filtration. Cellar through 2015 - 528 Cases produced |
2008 Top Dog Pinot Noir $36.00
This is a blend of our favourite barrels which are vinified separately according to age, location and clone. Spicier than the Barrel Select, this is a wine for aging, cellar up to 2014.

2008 Rosé $20.00
This is a huge hit in the tasting room. A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, dead dry yet loaded with fruit, strawberry, cherry and a touch of citrus to balance it out. A surprisingly good food wine, we've had it with everything from steak to white fish. Drink now, but can be cellared through 2012. |
